DETUNICORN Is Here: Get A Free Hypersaw Synth Plugin (For Limited Time Only)

Big chords. Massive detune. Infinite space. Meet DETUNICORN, UJAM’s free hypersaw synthesizer for producers who like their sounds unapologetically huge. Available for free for a limited time — and yours to keep forever once activated.

Halloween is getting loud. Introducing DETUNICORN, a free synthesizer plug-in from UJAM built to deliver the oversized, detuned hypersaw sound behind hyperpop, digicore, and high-energy dance pop.

Inspired by the legendary supersaw sounds of synths like the Roland JP-8000 and Nord Lead, DETUNICORN takes that iconic wall of sound into even bigger territory. Think thick, stacked chords, sharp synth stabs, and wide, unruly textures that cut straight through the mix.

Whether you're chasing the maximalist energy of Charli XCX, the digital chaos of 100 gecs, or the euphoric synth power associated with Porter Robinson, DETUNICORN gives you a fast, fun way to bring that larger-than-life sound into your productions.

And here's the treat: DETUNICORN is free to download and activate for 666 hours. Activate it during the Halloween drop, and it's yours to use forever. No tricks. Just hypersaw.

One sound. Six controls. Zero subtlety.

DETUNICORN isn't trying to be an all-purpose synthesizer. It's built around one mission: delivering huge, detuned hypersaw chords and stabs without slowing down your creative flow.

Under the hood, two supersaw oscillators combine with a sub-oscillator and up to four unison layers. Dial in detuning, spread the sound across the stereo field, and shape everything from pitch movement to high-frequency bite and expansive reverb.

Six dedicated controls put the sound right at your fingertips:

• Unison — Add or reduce unison layers to shape the thickness of your sound.
• Detune — Dial in the beating, shifting character that makes hypersaws feel alive.
• Sub — Bring in low-end weight to give your chords more impact.
• Bend — Control the decay of the octave pitch envelope for punchy, expressive movement.
• Bite — Add high-frequency emphasis to help your sound cut through.
• Infinity — Send your synth into a huge, specially designed spatial reverb.

From tight, punchy stabs to towering, wide-open chords, DETUNICORN makes it easy to find your sweet spot — and go way beyond it.
