Thanks for choosing UJAM Instruments plug-ins. Please read about our refund policy below.

Any purchases on ujam.com are final. Apart from that, there are sometimes circumstances that make it necessary to refund a purchase, but the issue of a refund is always made at the discretion of the UJAM team. All decisions made by the UJAM team are final.

UJAM will refund your full purchase price on orders where:

  • Your bank account / PayPal account was illegally charged (fraud)
  • The failure to run the plug-in is solely caused by UJAM
  • You purchased a plug-in twice by accident

UJAM does not refund products, which:

  • Cannot be used by the customer due to hardware limitations
  • Cannot be used by the customer due to software limitations
  • Cannot be used by the customer due to insufficient knowledge / know-how
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago are unfortunately not refundable

UJAM does not refund products, if:

  • You missed a special offer
  • You found out about a discount after completing your order

We strongly encourage to check what hardware / software is required to use the plug-in. Any minimum hardware requirements to use the software can be found on the bottom of any product page. UJAM doesn’t refund plug-ins which require other software to use.

UJAM offers 30 days, full access for free (“free trial”) for any plug-ins available at ujam.com. We strongly advise downloading a free trial before purchasing any plug-in if you’re unsure how to use UJAM plug-ins or if you meet any minimum requirements.
